Overthrone

Overthrone is a 2d topdown game where you are tasked with overthrowing the king of the castle. Fight your way past guards and civilians alike in this Hotline Miami-esque hack and slash.
Over the span of working on this project, I initially led a team of 4 and created all the initial art assets to define the game's vision. After the team scaled to double the size, I was the lead artist and an additional programmer for the project. Some of my work included: designing and implementing the main menu system, programming the health, item pickup, and dialogue system, and creating the majority of art assets and animations within the game.
